Verne is an Antioch native, he graduated from Antioch high school and following high school worked for several years with a few different companies in the bay area as an Operating Engineer. After many years of working in a field he was no longer enjoying, he decided to take his career in a different direction. Having always had an interest in bodywork, physical healing, working with people and also having two brothers who were Chiropractors and in the field of healing, Verne decided to change his path in a new direction. Verne then enrolled and began his journey at the McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland CA. and started what felt like a more natural, enjoyable and rewarding career path. While attending McKinnon, Verne became certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage.
Today with his new career, Verne is enjoying life more than ever, he is doing something he really enjoys and that suits his life more positively. His new career path also affords him a more flexible schedule that allows him to spend more quality time with his wife, Melanie and their three beautiful children, Maile, Mason and Kira.
Verne is board certified # 22807 by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC)
