Therapist Space Available
Therapist/Practitioner Rentals
All positions at IHCA are Contract 1099 positions. You are an individual contractor and not an IHCA employee. All
Professionals must be licensed by the California Massage Therapy
Council (CMTC) or appropriate state/national board and obtain an Antioch City Business
License.
Rental Agreements:
*$265 a month for one day a week (Based on a 4 week month)
*$385 for 2 days (total 8 days per month)
*$565 for 3 days (total 12 days per month)
*$765 for 4 days (total 16 days per month)
*$865 for 5 days (total 20 days per month)
*$1,100 for unlimited 6 days a week
** We also offer the option of, instead of renting a space, doing a 60/40 split in the Therapist/Practitioner favor (This is a preferable method for those who have not established a client base to support renting a space. Call for more information on this option.
All agreements are for the hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm,
unless otherwise authorized.
