LaTara has a natural desire to help others, she has spent the last 17 years in a career as a social worker. LaTara has worked as a child welfare and a medical social worker assisting children and families during their time of grief and loss. As she continues her career as a social worker, she has discovered that massage therapy is another wonderful way to help others, as well as provide some balance in her own life.
LaTara is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy with over 720 hours of training and believes strongly in the improved health, healing and restoration that can come from massage therapy. She enjoys helping others to relax and re-discover their body's own natural homeostasis.
LaTara is skilled and trained in modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Myofascial Therapies, Hot Stone and Sports Massage.
LaTara is board certified # 21033 by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC)
