Beed grew up in Illinois by way of Tennessee. While living there he was heavily involved in gymnastics and cheerleading. After he graduated from High School he went to the University of Hawaii were he studied Elementary Education with a minor in Business/Administration. After school in Hawaii Beed moved back to Tennessee where he coached cheer and dance. Beed wanted to pursue another passion and applied to an American Sign Language program in Berkeley CA and was accepted.
After moving to CA he attended school for American Sign Language while being employed with the Surgery Center in the East Bay, working in Human Resources .
Beed continued his love of Cheerleading by joining the non-profit group Cheer San Francisco (Cheer SF) where he performed fundraisers around the state and performances at UC Berkeley Basketball games with the Cheer SF team.
He continues to choreograph for several High School Cheerleading teams in Colorado, Missouri, Arkansas, and South Dakota, of which several have made it to their state championship and a few have even made it as far as the National Championships within their perspective divisions.
While working in the field of sports Beed became increasingly interested in the recovery and healing process of the different sports he had come to love and know so well, so in 2008 with his background in education, gymnastics, cheerleading, working with the Deaf and with his understanding of sports injuries, he started massage school in Berkeley, CA. In 2009 Beed found himself making a move to Antioch, CA with the move he also wanted to find a school closer to home, thus he finished his certification at the American Institute of Natural
Healing in 2009 were he studied Basic and Advanced Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, in Antioch, CA.
Today Beed continues to advance his training in areas of interest in the massage arena, helping all his clients to live a more relaxed and pain free life through massage therapy.
Beed is board certified # 20165 by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC)
