As a holistic medicine Aroma Therapy is both a preventative approach as well as an active treatment during acute and chronic stages of illness or disease.
ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils are stored in special cells, ducts, or glandular hairs that are distributed among the roots, leaves, bark, stems, and flowers of the plant.
Essential oils protect the plant from insects and other herbivores, from bacteria, molds, fungi, and other microorganisms, and also helps to heal inflicted wounds. These unique characteristics make essential oils highly beneficial to mankind.
BENEFITS
• Essential oils promote natural healing in many different ways, their benefits include but are not limited to:
• Certain oils have the ability to stimulate the production of white blood cells which help to fight against diseases.
• Muscle relaxants
• Digestive tonics
• Circulatory stimulants
• Hormone precursors
• Repair injured cells
• Carry away metabolic waste
• Enhance the immune system
• Fight against fungi and yeast, parasites and viruses.
• Amazingly effective in fighting infection, killing bacteria by disrupting their life cycle.
Unlike conventional antibiotic drugs, essential oils are pro-biotic: they kill pathogenic bacteria, but tend to leave beneficial bacteria intact. Bacteria typically do not acquire resistance to essential oils, as they do so often with antibiotic drugs.
We make custom blended massage and bath oils according to the clients specific needs. Natural spritzers are also available to clean and sanitize the air without chemicals or to leave your favorite sent in a room. Lavender for example, is good to spray on your pillow as it helps you get a good nights sleep.
